Animal Communications

A platypus communicates with both same species and other using the following body language actions:
  • Movement: The DB Platypus uses movement to show that it is threatened like when the male platypus uses it's ankle spike to poison its enemy.
  • Sound: The DB Platypus uses sound to communicate with its fellow platypus to tell them about food and predator/prey
  • Chemicals: The DB Platypus uses chemicals such as pheromones to attract opposite gender platypuses
  • Touch: The DB Platypus uses touch to communicate by showing affection and by showing the predator of that platypus that it can defend itself.
